Group counseling is a form of therapy in which five to eight people come together to express their problems, feelings, thoughts and ideas. Groups can focus on interpersonal relationships and can help people learn how to get along better with others. Groups can also be a support for people with specific challenges in knowing they are not the only ones experiencing this hardship; and can provide for growth and change. Group topics I offer are: anxiety management, overcoming panic, and social anxiety.
